DOLPA,Aug 24: Chalgaadh hydroelectric center resumed supplying electricity after a month from Friday in Dolpa.
The flood after the torrential downpour in Chalgaadh river damaged the electricity source for which the supply of electricity was halted since first week of Shrawan.
With collaboration of Nepal army team and locals of Jajarkot Dolpa road division members, the reconstruction of 40m long electric source was carried out.
All the governmental and bank works were highly influenced when the electric supply was in halt.
According to Moti Prasad Hamal, manager, Chalgaadh hydroelectric center, said that the locals managed to resume the supply by reconstructing the source by themselves.
