KATHMANDU, Feb 10: An earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter Scale hit the district of Rukum West at 8:52 this morning.
The National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, Lainchaur, said that the earthquake with its epicenter at Syalakhadi of the district happened at 8:52 AM today.
