Earthquake jolts Sankhuwasabha

KATHMANDU, Aug 23: An earthquake jolted Sankhuwasabha district.

According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center (NEMRC), an earthquake of 3.9 magnitude jolted Sankuwasahba at 3:07 PM on Friday, with its epicenter around Gadi Danda Bazar.

The Sankhuwasabha administration said that it is uncertain how much damage was caused by the earthquake and they are in the process of gathering further details.
