BIRATNAGAR, July 22: Chairman of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik) Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar has said that massive public participation while taking feedback collection in the preliminary draft of the constitution has created the certain atmosphere for promulgation of constitution.

Talking to media persons in Biratnagar Airport on Wednesday, Gachchhadar said that cases of obstruction in some 10-15 places would make no difference as a large number of people have provided their feedback. He added that the draft would be revised from the Constituent Assembly (CA) by respecting the people's suggestions.

Gachchhadar was of the view that those opposing the 16-point deal would remain mute if constitution was issued after delineating the provinces. RSS
