KATHMANDU, September 12: Dr Govinda KC is going to start his 20th Satyagraha (fast-unto-death) from Dhangadhi today. He is going to start satyagraha saying that the six-point demand put forward by him has not been addressed.
Dr KC is now headed for Dhangadhi.

Earlier, the Satyagraha, which was supposed to start from August 28, was postponed for two weeks as the government demanded more time to address Dr KC’s demands.
