Shrestha is on an eight-day visit to China, leading a nine-member Nepali delegation. [break]
According to the Chinese news agency Xinhua, the duo discussed the Nepal-China relations and other contemporary issues of bilateral interest.
The upcoming visit of the Chinese Premier to Nepal was also discussed at the meeting, informed one of the delegation members.
DPM Shrestha also met the Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi during the course of his visit. The upcoming Nepal visit of the Chinese Premier after a decade holds importance to both the countries.
Shrestha is scheduled to return home on November 28.
