KATHMANDU, Feb 16: Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited has set the book closure date for its 100 percent rights share issuance on February 27, 2025.

Shareholders registered by February 26, 2025, will be eligible to apply for the rights shares. The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue over 10.5 million shares, which will increase its capital from Rs 1.05 billion to Rs 2.1 billion post-issuance.
