Don't scan official documents using mobile phones, says PMO

KATHMANDU, July 2: The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has issued a circular today, instructing all three levels of government authorities not to scan official government documents using mobile apps.

The circular issued by Bodhraj Baral, a computer engineer at the office, states that it is the responsibility of every office and employee to ensure the confidentiality and secure archiving of government documents.
