Dogadakesar Rural Municipality to use all its vehicles to transport COVID-19 patients

BAITADI, May 9: Dogadakesar Rural Municipality has said that it will use all its vehicles  to help COVID--19 patients.

BAITADI, May 9: Dogadakesar Rural Municipality has said that it will use all its vehicles  to help COVID--19 patients.


According to the officiating Chief Administrative Officer of the rural municipality, Rabindra Bahadur Dhami, the rural municipality has four vehicles--an ambulance, a tipper, a bolero jeep and a car.

Earlier, only the ambulance was used to carry coronavirus infected people. The rural municipality recently decided to use its all vehicles to transport COVID patients. 


Similarly, the rural municipality has designated health workers as contact person in its all wards in order to provide necessary counseling and advice to infected people. 


Meanwhile, the rural municipality is working to establish 12-bed isolation wards with oxygen at Shreekot Health Post, Ward-3, and Nwali Health Post, Ward-5.
