DoCSM seals water bottling plant

KATHMANDU: The Department of Commerce and Supply Management (DoCSM) on Monday sealed Shree Suddha Paani, a water bottling plant located in Pepsi Cola Town Planning after it found excessive amount of mesophilic and coliform bacteria in its products. [break]



The market inspection team deployed by the department had taken sample of the product for lab test on June 28. The team led by Champa Dahal, section officer of DoCSM, sealed the company on Monday in the presence of Sushmita Shrestha -- the proprietor of the company.
