KATHMANDU, June 4: The District Court, Kathmandu has decided to issue an order on whether to remand the accused in the case of fake Bhutanese refugee scam in custody, ask for bail or to release them on a normal date in the next hearing on June 14 (next Wednesday).
District Court Judge Prem Prasad Neupane said that a decision will be taken in this regard after hearing the debates of both the sides on June 14.
Judge Neupane said so after lawyers of Top Bahadur Rayamajhi said that they need a whole day for pleading on behalf of their client.
“You should finish the debate before tea time on that day,” Judge Neupane told both sides, adding, “It will take some time to study after tea time. I will issue an order by the evening of the same day.”
