The bus service was initiated to liberate Nepali people, especially the employment seekers in India, from the hassles at the two-country border.
It will be operated thrice a week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday, said Kamal Bhattarai, Chief of West Nepal Bus Entrepreneurs Committee. The Committee forged agreement with the Supa Deurali Tours and Tours Pvt of Delhi.
The Nepali workers facing harassment and even loots and thefts at border while returning home from India would be benefited much with the direct connection.
One should pay Rs 2,100 to reach Delhi, which takes 18 hours ride from Sandhikharka.
