KATHMANDU, Oct 1: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has pointed out the need to make diplomatic initiatives to resolve the problems including the border dispute between Nepal and India.
Referring to the land encroachment issues of Lipulekh, Limpyadhura, Kalapani and Susta, Former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said that the main wish of the party is to recover lost territories.

“The main interest and concern is to recover the encroached territories of Lipulekh, Limpyadhura, Kalapani and Susta,” Oli said. “We want the issues between the two countries to be solved through diplomatic initiatives.”
Oli added that he and his party are committed to addressing the demands of the neighboring countries- India and China.
Presenting the political report in the first statute convention of CPN-UML, Oli said that the foreign policy of the party is to not be afraid of anyone.
