According to District Public Health Office, Dailekh, the deceased are Pana BK, 40, of Paduka VDC-9; Bindra BK, 29, of Paduka VDC-3 and four-year-old Tulachha Sarki of Kharigaira-3.
With their deaths, the diarrheal death toll in the district has reached 30. According to the office, health camps are being conducted in different parts of the district but the death toll is increasing because of the lack of awareness among the villagers.
