According to secretary of VDC Secretary Welfare Protection Forum Dhankuta Baburam Dhungana, they submitted their resignation letters to Local Development Officer Baburam Gautam.
The secretaries in their resignations said that they were compelled to resign as the state failed to provide proper security to them.
The official works in the district have been affected by the resignations of the secretaries.
