The NC’s party statute states that all the central departments and committees including office beares, Central Working Committee, parliamentary committee and work execution committee should get a full shape within two months of the General Convention.
Senior leader of the Nepali Congress Ram Chandra Paudel has been strongly criticizing the party head saying that he is not taking any initiative in appointing the members in the aforesaid committees even four months after the General Convention.
On Sunday, Paudel met with President Deuba at his residence in Budhanilkantha where he expressed his grievances saying that he did not involve his people in the crucial party decision.
Paudel faction has been pressing party chief Deuba to take a decision only after intensive discussion.
Paudel faction has been dissatisfied over the latest political development including the NC-Maoist Center alliance saying that the decision was taken keeping his side in the dark.
