Dahal has reached Parbat district with the help of escort by the police. Banda enforcers had placed wooden logs across the road at Dobilla of Chuwa VDC along the Baglung-Pokhara road section.
Meanwhile, Election Commission has sought an explanation from Dahal for using helicopter to his election campaigns in Panchakhal and Charikot on Wednesday.
Dahal is addressing elections programs in Myagdi, Baglung and Parbat today.
