Last Friday, during the EPS language exam, the youths protested in Balkumari. The situation escalated when the police fired tear gas canisters to control the protestors. Subsequently, agitated youth vandalized a public vehicle and set fire to the vehicle of Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Prakash Jwala, causing tension in the Balkumari area.
