At a program to make public the decisions endorsed by the party's 8th general convention in Thawang on Saturday, he called for forging consensus among the partners of CPA in a new way by seriously reviewing the deadlocks surfaced after the peace accord.

He underlined the need of the revision arguing that the country could not move ahead as envisaged by the CPA.

The general convention has changed the party name as Communist Party of Nepal. The general convention concluded electing 61-member central committee. RSS
