Dahal along with wife Sita had flown to Singapore two days ago for Sita’s medical checkup. The visiting Indian minister, who arrived in Kathmandu at 9 am today, is scheduled to meet top leaders of Nepal’s political parties at Dwarika’s Hotel, Kathmandu, at 2:30 pm. He will return to New Delhi at 6 in the evening.
