Dahal seeks asset and livelihood details from central members

KATHMANDU, Jan 5: CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has asked the central members of the party to submit details of their assets and livelihoods. During a briefing at the central committee meeting held in Kathmandu on Sunday, Dahal made this request, setting a deadline for submission by February 13.


According to a central member present at the meeting, Dahal sought leaders' asset and livelihood details, emphasizing the importance of transparency.

In addition to the asset disclosures, Chairman Dahal also made it clear that the Maoist Center would not form any electoral alliance with the Nepali Congress (NC) or the CPN-UML in the upcoming elections, under any circumstances.


The meeting also included discussions on the current political climate, as well as the international situation.
