KATHMANDU, Feb 6: Chairman of the main opposition party CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has accused the entire state of  being involved in an attempt to frame Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

While addressing the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Thursday, Dahal questioned, “Even though the court has released him on bail, how constitutional and fair is his suspension? A review should be done.”

Chairman Dahal further said, “The government appears strong when it has to take political revenge against someone. An example of that is Rabi Lamichhane. He, who is not directly connected to bringing money from the cooperative, is being called the biggest cooperative fraudster across the country. Those who offered him to join their party are now planning to manipulate the judiciary with threats to frame him.”
