KATHMANDU, March 11: CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has remarked that Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal who were lordly in the past have now become mousy.

Addressing the General Convention of Press Chautari Nepal, a journalists' organization affiliated to the CPN-UML, in Pokhara on Friday, Chairman Oli remarked that Dahal and Nepal, who were lordly while they were part of the then Communist Party of Nepal (CPN), have become mousy at the present.

While giving an example of what happens when there is no unity, Oli said, "Both Dahal and Nepal were having bad luck when they broke the party. Now, they both look lame.”

Chairman Oli said that these leaders have to live with the hope of the Nepali Congress (NC) now. He said satirically, "Now they are sitting outside the door and waiting if anyone brings offerings outside the door for them."

UML chairperson Oli, who is also a former prime minister, remarked that the Supreme Court's decision can even make a bull give birth. "In the past, it was said that bulls do not breed, but after the decision of the Supreme Court, not only bulls give birth but they can give births to five calves at a time," he said.

He further added that the media has not covered the work done by him when he was in the government properly. He alleged that the media did not write about the construction of Dharahara and Ranipokhari.
