CPN (Unified Socialist) calls Central, Politburo and Standing Committee meetings

KATHMANDU, July 31: The Central Committee, Politburo and Standing Committee meetings of CPN (Unified Socialist) are going to start from 4th of  August.

The spokesman for the party, Jagannath Khatiwada, said that these meetings will be started from August 4, even though it was reported that they were postponed indefinitely due to the lack of necessary preparations.

According to him, the Central Secretariat meeting will be held on August 4 at 8 am at Pushpalal Memorial Foundation, Champadevi.

Similarly, the Standing Committee meeting will be held on August 5 and 6 at 11 am at the party’s central office, while the Politburo meeting will be held on August 20 and 21 at the party’s central office and the central committee meeting will be held on August 22, 23 and 24 at 10 am at Kantipur Garden Banquet, Balkumari, Lalitpur. .

The party said that in the said meetings, there will be discussion on reporting/political report, current situation and various issues including the party's responsibilities.
