CPN-UML PP meeting continues today

KATHMANDU, Feb 4 : The Parliamentary Party (PP) meeting of CPN-UML is continuing today.

The two-day meeting that began on Saturday is being held in the Lhotse Hall of the Federal Parliament building.

During today’s session, the party will deliberate on the effective role of the opposition in the parliament.

This discussion is anticipated to set the tone for the party’s strategy and approach in addressing key issues and holding the government accountable during the upcoming winter session of the parliament.

According to UML Whip Mahesh Bartaula, the PP meeting will discuss how to present the party in the budget session that will start on February 5.
