How to help vulnerable groups
The hospital said that the 41-year-old man from Madane Rural Municipality-6 of Gulmi district was admitted for the treatment of Sepsis with MODS (Multi-Organ Dysfunction Syndrome).
The hospital had collected his throat swab sample and sent it to Bhairahawa-based Provincial Public Health Laboratory for screening of coronavirus through Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method on May 15, which turned out positive on Monday.
"We urge one and all not to rely on false information. The patient is now receiving treatment in the ICU," the hospital said.
