The Office of Cottage and Small Industries (OCSI), Sunsari has filed a case against Ghimire for allegedly selling gas cylinders of other gas companies using the logo of his own company.
Ghimire Bishnu Prasad Giri, registrar of the court said the court has also ordered Maheshor Yadav to record his statement in the court. OCSI has filed the case against Ghimire as per the consumer protection act- 2054 and regulation-2056.
