Thapaliya said they have issued the letters following a complaint against Ghimire for stealing gas cylinders.
The District Administration Office has directed district-based Quality Control and Measurement Office, Nepal Oil Corporation, Cottage and Small Industry, Company Registrar, Revenue Investigation Office and Measurement Office to take action against Ghimire.
Regional Chief of Quality Control and Measurement Office Shashi Bhushan Yadav said they will take action after receiving a letter from the District Administration Office.
Police had seized 15,324 illegal cylinders from the factory of Nepa Petrol Chemicals of Ghimire at Khanar in Sunsari two weeks ago. The government has banned the transaction of Sugam Gas.
