KATHMANDU: The Constitutional Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday could was put off for a few days as the leader of the main opposition, Girija Prasad Koirala, failed to attend the meeting due to poor health. The council was meeting today after four years. The meeting will be held soon after Koirala´s condition improves. The council is to fill various positions in constitutional bodies. The council comprises the prime minister, minister fo law, chairman of Constituent Assembly, chief justice and leader of the main oppostion.
