DANG, Dec 7: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said the constitution amendment bill registered in Parliament will not be withdrawn under any circumstances.
Inaugurating a bridge over the Rapti River at Sishaniya in Deukhuri on Wednesday, Prime Minister Dahal said he will not withdraw the constitution amendment bill as long as he is the prime minister.
“The registered amendment bill can be revised through the agreement among the political parties or parliamentary proceedings, said Prime Minister.
“CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is the one who is campaigning against the constitution amendment bill, which is unnecessary.
Meanwhile, Dahal has urged one and all to support the proposed bill, saying that it will pave the way for the implementation of the constitution.
