KATHMANDU, Oct 18: Chief of Army Staff of the Maldives, Ahmed Siyam, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal at the latter's official residence in Baluwatar on Tuesday.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Dahal said Nepal and Maldives have been enjoying close relations since long and expressed the belief that such meetings would further strengthen the relations between the two countries. Nepali Army and Army of Maldives also enjoy good relations.
Similarly, CoAS Siyam expressed happiness over successful integration of PLA, saying peace process of Nepal was an example for the world. RSS
