RUPANDEHI, March 9: Province 5 Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel has extended best wishes to all Nepalis at home and abroad on the occasion of the Holi or Fagu Poornima, the festival of colors, today.

In a message of best wishes today, the Chief Minister said this festival has contributed to further consolidating mutual goodwill, bond and unity in the society.

"The Holi festival has significant importance to uniting the diverse society and thus further enhancing social ties," he said, urging all to celebrate the festival within a familiar circle and not to involve in a mass gathering bearing in mind the risk of COVID-19 infection.
