The anti-graft body said acting on a tip off the duo is demanding kickback from a contractor, a CIAA team arrested engineer Lalijan Khanal and sub-engineer Govinda Gaire with Rs 100,000 kickback from a restaurant in Kalanki.
They have been accused of demanding and receiving bribe from a contractor asking partial payment for road construction.
