Abhishek Gurung of Helambu in Sindhupalchowk was found hanging in his room on Saturday evening after landlord Ishwar KC beat him up in the day on the charge of stealing a Rs 5 note. Abhishek was staying in KC´s house on rent with his mother and sister. KC had thrashed Gurung in the public.
KC and his brother Kishor informed the locals about the body. They also told the locals that Gurung´s mother and sister shifted the room on Sunday. This gave enough room for the locals to suspect that KC might have killed the child. Police have arrested KC brothers for investigation.
Gurung was a Grade I student.
