Chief Justice Shrestha attends diamond jubilee of Supreme Court of India

KATHMANDU, Jan 27: Chief Justice Bishowambhar Prasad Shrestha has reached India to attend the establishment day of the Supreme Court of India.


CJ Shrestha will grace the occasion as a guest on the invitation of the chief justice of the Supreme Court of India Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud.

He will officially represent Nepal in the program organized on the occasion of the 75th anniversary (diamond jubilee) of the establishment of the Supreme Court of India.


As per the court administration, Chief Justice Shrestha, along with a delegation from the Supreme Court, reached India on Saturday to attend the event.
