At a news conference organized by the Press Chautari, Kaski chapter today, leader Pokharel added that the issue could be decided by the common decision of major political forces rather any one's wish.
Leader Pokharel added that the Nepali Congress remained outside the government as it terminated the gentle agreement forged among the major parties.
He further said that the NC also could join the government after its 13th national convention.
Leader Pokharel said that his party led government was trying to balance the bilateral relations with neighboring India and China.
He added that the constitution could be amended on the basis of need and relevance through due process rather pressure and violence. RSS
