KATHMANDU, Mar 2: The underground Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplab also formed a team to hold dialogue with the government.

The team is led by Khadga Bahadur Biswakarma, a key leader of the outfit.
Earlier on Tuesday, organizing a press meet, Parbat Gurung, spokesperson for the government, announced a two-member team to hold dialogue with the Chand-led outfit. According to Gurung, the talk team comprises Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa and Prime Minister's Foreign Relations Advisor Rajan Bhattarai.
