Speaking at a function in Birtamod, Chamling said, “All Kirant and Rai people have organized under an umbrella to ensure identity-based federalism through proper representation in the fresh CA elections.”
The party informed that it recently formed a 23-member working committee under Chamling´s leadership. Udhab Prsad Rai , Deu Kumar Rai and Nir Bahadur Rai have been elected vice-chairmen; Dipen Bala Rai as secretary, and Nagendra Rai, Taradevi Rai, Uttam Rai, Ananda Rai, Laxmi Rai, Lila Rai, Keval Ram Rai, Chandrakala Rai, Amrit Bantawa, Tapil Rai, Sanesham Rai, Sandesh Rai, Chandra Rai, and Usha Rai as central members.
