A gathering was organized at Nepal Art Council, Babarmahal to mark the 13th day of late Dr Dina Bangdel’s demise on Sunday.

The event was organized by Deputy Curator of Nepal Art Council Samsher Rana, who applauded the late artist’s contribution to Nepali art fraternity. The late artist, based at Commonwealth University, Virginia, had worked to provide a platform for Nepali artists in the international arena.
Gracing the event with their words of remembrance for late Dr Bangdel were Vice-secretary of Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Bharatmani Subedi, script writer, Madan Chitrakar, Chancellor of Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, Ragini Upadhyaya, and Chairperson of Nepal Art Council, Satyamohan Joshi.
