CEC Yadav observers Election Offices

KATHMANDU, May 2: Chief Election Commissioner, Dr Ayodhi Prasad Yadav, made an on-site inspection of the office of Chief Election Officer, Kathmandu, and the District Election Office, Lalitpur, on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, May 2: Chief Election Commissioner, Dr Ayodhi Prasad Yadav, made an on-site inspection of the office of Chief Election Officer, Kathmandu, and the District Election Office, Lalitpur, on Tuesday. 



During the monitoring, he talked to the candidates who reached there to file their candidacy. On the occasion, the candidates urged Chief Election Commissioner Yadav to create convenient environment for filing candidature.



Issuing directives to the bodies concerned to enable environment conducive for the same, he said that there would be enthusiastic participation of people in the first-phase local-level election taking place on May 14. 



Chief Commissioner Yadav expressed the belief that the election would take place in free and fearless environment. RSS
