KATHMANDU, Oct 2: Citizens Bank International Ltd organized its 10th annual general meeting (AGM) on Sunday.
The AGM approved a proposal to distribute stock dividends worthcto the bank's shareholders.
With the distribution of stock dividend, the bank's paid-up capital will reach Rs 4.75 billion.
The bank has also announced that it would launch 10:2.5 rights issue in this fiscal year.
