KATHMANDU, March 20: A meeting of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) statute convention core management committee has been called.
The party's central executive committee member Prakash Adhikari called for the meeting to be held on Tuesday March 21, said Shivlal Thapa, an executive committee member.

According to him, the meeting has been called to discuss the preparations for the statute convention of the party, the necessary sub-committee formation, etc. JSP has said that it has prepared a bill for amending the party statute.
Thapa said that instructions have been given to the subordinate committee to send suggestions on the draft statute by March 29. The JSP has decided to hold a statute convention on 10th , 11th and 12th April.
