The CAAN's financial audit revealed a precarious financial state of Simrik Air, prompting the suspension of flights amid potential security implications.

Adhering to the stipulations outlined in the Civil Aviation Regulations-2058 BS and the Airport Service Charges Regulations-2078 BS, the flight operations of Simrik Air have been temporarily prohibited. Bhul clarified that flight services will remain suspended until the outstanding dues are settled, and resumption will be contingent upon full payment within the subsequent day.

Out of the four helicopters affiliated with Simrik Air, three continue to remain operational, while one has sustained damage. The company operates a fleet comprising two Bell helicopters and two AS 350 helicopters.
