CA Secretariat staff dies

BIRGUNJ, March 9: A Constituent Assembly Secretariat officer deployed in collecting public opinion for new constitution died in Kalaiya on Monday. Section Officer Nem Raj Shakya was found dead in a bathroom of the guest house at around 2:30 p.m. He had gone to his room after having a cup of tea early morning. A 22-member panel headed by CA member Pramod Prasad Gupta was in Kalaiya for the past one week. Four members in the team were CA Secretariat staff. The chief district officer of Bara, Kailash Nath Kharel, said police have started probing the incident.
