The chairman in his statement issued to greet the nation on eve of New Year 2070 on Saturday said promulgation of constitution through the CA is a major task in the present condition. [break]
“It is a major responsibility of every Nepalis to devote for successful completion of Constituent Assembly elections,” the statement reads.
The former prime minister asked everyone to concentrate on creating favorable environment for fair and impartial CA election.
