Businessman Agrawal's kidnappers made public

KATHMANDU, April 26: Metropolitan Police Crime Division arrested two persons involved in kidnapping businessman Rajesh Kumar Agrawal. Jamim Ulla and Muhammad Nashuruddin were made public amid a press meet at Metropolitan Police Commissioner´s Office in Rani Pokhari on Friday.



Agrawal who was kidnapped from Kalanki on Monday  was rescued unharmed on Thursday morning. [break]



The kidnapers had demanded Rs 20 million as ransom after kidnapping the businessman. However, police located a house in Kirtipur where Agrawal was held captive and freed him before the ransom was paid, Chief of the division Bijaya Lal Kyastha said in the press meet.



Police said five persons including one woman were involved in kidnapping. Three kidnappers are still at large, police added.
