KATHMANDU, March 18: The Buddha Air plane flying from Kathmandu to Surkhet experienced a technical snag, forcing the pilots to return to Kathmandu.
According to Buddha Air, the flight U-4133, which took off at 7:30 in the morning, returned from Simara after a problem was detected with its indicator. There were 62 passengers onboard the aircraft.
The aircraft has been safely landed at the Tribhuvan International Airport. Buddha Air said a technical team is checking the aircraft after the safe landing in Kathmandu. Preparations are being made to send passengers to their destination through another aircraft.
