BANEPA , March 2: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse), the sole stock market operator in the country, has listed 1.4 million units of shares of Bright Development Bank. The bank floated the shares in the primary market through an initial public offering (IPO) in September. Nepse said transaction of the listed shares would begin from Wednesday on the stock market. During the fiscal year 2011/12, the bank mobilized deposits of Rs 501.3 million and issued Rs 356.5 million in loans. With the listing of the category ´B´ financial institution, total number of development banks listed on Nepse has reached 80.
