Prakash Chaudhary married Harina as a second wife after their love affair.
Gahanu Chaudhary, father in law of Harina, said she served food to all participants of the wedding ceremony at night and went to sleep with her stepdaughter.
Gahanu said she was found hanging to death in the following morning while searching when she was not at home in the morning.
Police have taken the body of deceased to the Mahakali Zonal Hospital for the postmortem.
Local Narendra Chaudhary said Prakash and Harina had married with the consent of their own.
