Blinc Ventures’s Women Leadership Conference held successfully

KATHMANDU, Nov 26: Blinc Ventures has successfully concluded its Virtual Women Leadership Conference on November 21. The two-day program was organized with the vision of providing practical tools to promote more equitable representation of women leaders at workplace at all career levels to both professional women and companies.

KATHMANDU, Nov 26: Blinc Ventures has successfully concluded its Virtual Women Leadership Conference on November 21. The two-day program was organized with the vision of providing practical tools to promote more equitable representation of women leaders at workplace at all career levels to both professional women and companies.



According to a statement issued by the company, the two-day virtual conference was able to train 70+ female leaders and senior level female employees from a variety of industries, including banks, non-profits, along with leading female entrepreneurs on day 1 on topics such as personal branding, personal finance, negotiation etc.

Various experts from India, Nepal and Australia were invited as facilitators for the sessions on day one. Similarly on day 2 saw over 100 + participants from HR, company founders and senior executives of MNC’s.


The conference was designed for professional women to identify and overcome social and personal biases to achieve their highest potential and companies to learn and share ways to retain and nurture women employees.
